Handle Duplicate Accounts Creation

Previously, duplicate sub-accounts were being created when a new subscription was made, even if the payment failed. This led to the unintended creation of multiple sub-accounts. However, a new solution has been implemented that only creates a new sub-account when a successful payment is made for an active subscription. ACH payments may cause a delay in sub-account creation, but they will be created automatically once the payment is successful.
