New feature in Communities – Member Approval

By David Holland

January 8, 2024

The community platform has added a feature called Membership Questions. Community owners can now add up to three customisable questions to gather information from potential members. The questions support different answer types like text, multiple select, and single select. This feature can be enabled for any type of group and allows users to submit their answers during the joining process. Community administrators can easily review the answers in the “Group Members” section. To get started, community owners need to navigate to the group settings and add or edit the membership questions. Community members can answer the questions during the joining process to provide valuable insights.
