Toll Free Numbers now require business info verification for SMS. Access “Verification Required” in Phone Numbers > Manage Numbers to start. Submit details on three screens: Business/Representative info, Business address, and Messaging use case. Confirmation is displayed post-application, and verification takes about 3 business days.
