Allow custom fields in marketplace actions and triggers

Previously, developers had to make duplicate marketplace actions for static and custom input values like dates. Now, a new dropdown choice combines standard and custom value pickers, eliminating the need for duplicate actions. This update simplifies building marketplace actions and triggers.
