Conversation AI Dynamic Intent – Provide Support when Appointment is already booked on the calendar

The Conversation AI now switches from the “Appointment” intent to the “General Support” intent when it detects an active or confirmed appointment for a contact. This improves personalized and seamless interaction by aligning conversations with the user’s immediate needs. The bot identifies appointments and dynamically changes intents to engage in appropriate discussions.
