The Text Formatter Workflow Action helps modify and extract data efficiently. It includes various types such as Upper Case, Lower Case, Title Case, Capitalize, Default Value, Trim, Trim Whitespaces, Replace Text, Find, Length, Extract URL, Extract Email, Word Count, Remove HTML Tags, Split. To use it, simply click on the “+” icon to add the action, choose the Text Formatter from Internal Tools, and then select the specific action type and input text accordingly.
