Avoid paying for Phone Numbers and A2P campaigns for an inactive account, Delete Phone connection for a Suspended account

New feature added to avoid paying for Phone Numbers when pausing or deleting a sub-account. Checkbox to delete all linked phone numbers and A2P campaigns when pausing or deleting a sub-account, useful to prevent charges during account suspension. Enhancements also include the ability to delete connections for numbers and A2P campaigns even if the Telephony System account is suspended.
