Ban and report content feature for Communities and bug fixes

New community UI and gamification features are no longer in labs with new options such as banning members and reporting content available for admins. Instructions on how to use these features on web and mobile platforms are detailed. Bug fixes include resolving leaderboard and role issues, broken UI due to RBAC changes, viewing PDFs, removing attachments, navigating away from screens, and managing user actions interrupting UI.
