New “Buy now” feature on ecommerce store allows users to purchase a single item directly with a click, bypassing the cart. Store owners can customize button appearance and behavior. Clicking “Buy now” takes user to checkout with item selected. Abandoned cart notification shows only “Buy now” item. Successful purchase does not affect other cart items.
