Collective Booking – ‘Dynamic Team Assignment’

By David Holland

January 29, 2024

Users can now easily add and switch team members when booking appointments. This provides more flexibility and efficiency in managing collective bookings. The update includes dynamic team member selection and the ability to create custom combinations of team members. To use, navigate to the appointment booking modal, choose the desired collective booking calendar, and add one or more team members. If a team member is unavailable, the system will notify you and allow you to switch users or add a custom time slot. The first team member added to the appointment will be the owner, and you can assign a custom location if needed.
