Contacts: Estimates now available in Payments tab

Users can now send estimates directly from the contact page, with pre-populated contact details. Track sent estimates via the dashboard. Access by going to Contacts, selecting Payment Tab, and creating an estimate. This feature aims to simplify and enhance estimate sending convenience.
