Enabling In-app calling for IVR calls

Enhancement allows IVR calls to be redirected to the GHL web and mobile apps, providing flexibility for staff and enhancing user experience by preventing calls from going to voicemail. Settings can be adjusted to route calls to web or mobile apps, or to phone numbers.
