Internationalisation for Documents and Contracts

Multi-language support has been added to the Documents and Contracts module, allowing users to access content in their preferred language. Users can select their desired language under Settings. Currently, support has been added for 12 languages including Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, and Norwegian.
