Messaging Limits – Segments Based Limits, Notification and Configuration

Agencies can now configure custom messaging limits based on messages or segments, enabling better cost management and user control without support involvement. Available for all sub-accounts using the Native Phone System. Alerts for reached limits will be displayed and emailed to users. Only agency owners/admins can modify settings, requiring a minimum 3-month tenure outside of trial. Messages will fail for the day if limits are hit until increased.
