New customization options for a chat widget have been introduced. Steps to customize include selecting widget type, style, theme, avatar images, placement, size, launcher options, and chat window settings. Additional customizations involve branding, compliance, acknowledgment messages, language settings, and more. Existing users will find the widget under the theme options in light blue color. WordPress plugin is available for the default widget and future releases will include user selection for widgets.
