T-Mobile has implemented fines for non-compliant messages that contain prohibited content. Violations of these tiers will result in severe consequences and immediate blockage of offending messages. HighLevel will pass on the fines for Sev-0 violations to customers starting February 15, 2024. The fines range from $2,000 for phishing, smishing, and social engineering, to $1,000 for illegal content, and $500 for other commercial messaging violations. Non-compliance fines apply to all A2P messaging products. T-Mobile may suspend brands and campaigns for excessive violations. HighLevel will notify customers of violations and charge the corresponding fine.
