State dropdown in order forms & E-commerce

Users previously manually entered states as a string causing mapping issues. A new dropdown field for selecting states/provinces/territories linked to a country has been implemented to resolve this. The feature is available in order forms and ecommerce, loading state options relevant to the selected country and hiding the field if no options exist. This enhancement aids in tracking addresses and sets the stage for future features like Printful integration and shipping.
