New E-KYC regulations for purchasing UK phone numbers are in place. KYC process is required for new numbers from 27th May 2024 and for existing numbers by 30th Sep 2024. Enhancements include better call queue support, showing audit logs for numbers bought through GHL, and disabling calls for inactive locations/agencies. Bug fix for duplicate notification messages has also been implemented.
