Messaging Compliance – Opt-Out and Error Rate

Agencies can now lift temporary messaging restrictions for sub-accounts and receive clearer notifications about opt-out/error rate breaches. New notification banners will inform users of restrictions, replacing previous compliance messages. Only agencies with at least 3 months in HighLevel can lift restrictions, excluding carrier suspensions. A modal will explain risks and require consent before restoring messaging.
