Branded Domains for Sub-Accounts

A new system enhancement has been introduced that allows customers to add domains at the sub-account level to have more control over outbound communications. This change addresses the issue of negative reputation affecting all users sharing the same domain. Customers can now customize their domain at the sub-account level to ensure deliverability and communication effectiveness. To use this feature, customers need to create a CNAME at their DNS provider and add their branded domain in the Sub-Account Settings.
