Calendar: Service Menu Auto Opt-In

Sub-accounts now have access to service calendars and the service menu. Sub-accounts can opt-out with permission from the Agency Admin. To disable the service menu, Agency Admins can click “Disable Service Menu” in the pop-up or navigate to Calendar Settings > Account Preferences > Service Menu.
