Capability to delete a Payment Link

Ability added to delete payment links directly from dashboard to address agency requests. Feature is for removing obsolete links, generating audit logs for deletions. Deleted links become inaccessible, showing a 404 page. To delete, go to Payments Page -> Payment Links Tab -> Choose delete from the three dots. Confirmation modal pops up for finalizing. Check audit logs at settings -> audit logs -> filters -> payment links.
