– Users can configure up to 3 payment retries for subscriptions, with gaps of 1/3/5/7 days.
– Default is 3 retries, 1-day gaps, but can be changed.
– Changes affect all subscriptions: if settings change during retries, new rules apply immediately.
– After all retries fail, users can keep subscriptions ‘Unpaid’ or select ‘Cancelled’.
– Invoices found under Payments > Settings > Subscription.
– Supported payment providers: NMI, Authorize.net, Square.
